Trip, S. Branch Raritan River, Moving Water, Class 1

Paddle pleasant moving water through wooded parkland, horse farms and pretty residential areas in Hunterdon County, NJ.   Put-in at Clinton, NJ just South of I-78 near the Landsdown Meadows park,  paddle to Stanton Station in Raritan Twp.  There is a portage at the NJ water authority Hamden pumping station.   We will stop for lunch along the way.   Trip is suitable for novice paddlers.
