Location: Schuylkill River
No experience necessary:
You will learn how to handle a whitewater kayak. We will cover equipment, safety and rescue, boat control and maneuvers (eddy turns and ferries) in current.
Please dress appropriately. No cotton clothing. Good footwear required, no sandals, flip flops or crocs. Make sure your shoes will stay on in turbulent water. Registrants will receive more information closer to the date of class from the instructors.
