To Make Your Payment Online for theTraining
1. Download, then print the training application. You can find links to the training applications on the Training Schedule.
2. Please read, understand and agree to all associated waivers, rules, and documentation for this course, PRIOR to purchase.
3. Complete and Mail the application to the course leader.
4. Choose the option from the dropdown list below, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Then, use the secure online payment method, provided by PayPal to complete your payment transaction.
IF you do not have a signed waiver and appropriate paperwork before the course starts, you cannot take the course. All deadlines for course application still apply - Please do not purchase a course after the deadline without making specific arrangements with the course instructor. |
