Visiting Philadelphia Sept. 14 -18

Good day.

My wife and I will be traveling out from Iowa to Philadelphia, will be in the area from Spet. 14 - 18 and will be looking for places to paddle and folks to paddle with.  We'll be paddling with my brother and his wife, using two tandem river canoes and will be looking for some Class II and under opportunities.

Any thoughts?
