Video: Vintage 1997 Flat Rock - New Years Day

Found this vintage footage at the end of our wedding tape from 1997. PCC member and State Senator, Stewart Greenleaf had acquired a 1-day permit to run Flat Rock Dam. Notice at the opening of the video the offials gathered at the top of the dam.
