Kayak Introduction/Instruction Wanted

Hello boaters,  I have two very good friends that are interested in kayaking.  They have not completely bought into whitewater kayaking yet (eventhough all my bruises have now healed).  Is anyone interested in helping me convince this lovely couple that they should become boaters?  I think that they should start with flatwater and I'm unfamiliar with club resources and I don't feel comfortable (nor qualified) taking them out alone.  I'd love for them to become as addicted as I, so help in spreading the boating love would be appreciated.  I know it's late in the season, but since they are interested, I thought I'd try to put something together.
