It's that time of the year again. The Annual Banquet is fast approaching.
Did you see any of your paddling buddies goof this year related to the PCC or paddling?
Do you want everyone else in the paddling world to know about it?

All I need is a short story or even a few sentences and I can flesh it out into a tall tale.
